Reynolds Park

Reynolds Park offers a 156-acre Brownfield holding in close proximity to downtown Asheville, NC in the developer-friendly environment of the Town of Woodfin.  The Park is one of the largest undeveloped land holdings in Buncombe County within 5 miles of downtown Asheville. The site offers very flexible zoning and approved uses include residential, commercial, office, medical, recreational and manufacturing. Reynolds Park is subject to a Brownfield Agreement and TIF Funds are available for its development.
